A children's picture book designed to facilitate conversations with young people about the importance of emotional honesty and being able to talk about their mental health with people they trust.
In 2019, with a global pandemic just around the corner, me and my brother tweeted some pictures from a book idea we had been working on. 'Bottled' was always designed solely with the idea of using it within our classrooms, but after the tweet racked up the likes and discussion online, we were approached by Unbound to crowdfund the publication of Bottled.
